| Core Training Program |
Challenge your body and focus your mind, while building long, strong
and flexible muscles. Once you have gained an understanding of the
core concepts taught in our Pilates Intro Series, we will consult
with you to create a Core Training Program consisting of Group Classes,
Personal Training Sessions or a program incorporating both. Our Instructors
will work closely with you to develop your proficiency at each successive
level, as you progress from Basic to Intermediate and on to Advanced.

*Pilates Reformer Classes: The Reformer provides
a tremendous advantage of "educating the body", especially
during one's initial three months of training. Which is why we incorporate
these classes, whenever possible, in everyone's early training. Be
forewarned, however, many get hooked on the hugely satisfying full-body
workout one gets on these marvelous and ingenious machines, as they
quickly train the body, align the back and neck, and challenge the
deep core muscles to develop flexibility, strength and balance. |

*Pilates Mat Classes: A date with just You and
Gravity - your perfect partner. The Pilates Matwork is a series of
challenging, well-balanced movements performed on floor mats, and
is the bedrock of your practice. A pure, simple and elegantly efficient
workout that you can take home with you, and wherever else you go.
When combined with your studio work on the Refromer, you have a perfectly
balanced training program.
