MYOFASCIAL RELEASE & MASSAGE NOW AT PCA
Release Tension. Restore movement.
Renew your body with MFR.
Myofascial Release (MFR) beautifully complements the practice of Pilates by helping to unlock restrictions in the fascia—the connective tissue that weaves through and supports muscles and joints—allowing for greater freedom and efficiency of movement.
While Pilates focuses on controlled, aligned and mindful motion to build core strength, stability, and mobility, Myofascial Release prepares the body to move more fully and comfortably by reducing tension, adhesions, and chronic holding patterns.
Together, these practices support deeper body awareness, improved posture, and more balanced muscular engagement. Clients often find that combining MFR with Pilates not only enhances performance, but also leaves them feeling more open, connected and at ease in their bodies.
What's the difference between Myofascial Release and Massage?
While massage will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, a series of Myofascial Release sessions will change the way you move in your daily life, relieving aches and pains that just don't seem to go away.

After five years in the fire service, I knew it was time for a career change. At first I was unsure if I truly would enjoy this field of work, but after studying and training I find that I learn and enjoy what I do each and every day.
The training I underwent to be an EMT/FF and the 5+ years of experience was very helpful and made for a smooth transition into the knowledge needed to be an LMT/MFR Practitioner. Massage school and MFR training showed me a whole different side of the human body, it taught me the importance of looking deeper and learn to focus on finding the root cause, verses the symptoms of any given condition.
I truly believe in Myofascial Release and the healing it brings. I look forward to doing my best to facilitate healing for all of my clients.
